• Prompt text, descriptions, and titles
• Category selections
• All uploaded files are scanned for malware to ensure platform security

2.4 Engagement Data

We collect information about your prompt interactions, earnings, and withdrawal requests (including crypto wallet addresses or Payeer account details) and payment processing information.

2.5 Usage Information

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages viewed, prompts accessed, searches performed, IP address, browser type and version, device information, and access times.

2.6 Cookies and Tracking

Information you include in your public profile (name, bio, social links, uploaded prompts) is visible to all Promptly users and may be indexed by search engines.

We may share information with third-party service providers who help us operate our platform, including payment processors, cloud storage providers, email service providers, and analytics services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

4.3 Payment Processors

When you make a purchase or request a withdrawal, we share necessary information with payment processors (Crypto networks, Payeer) to complete the transaction.
